Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Reputop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reputop website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By using Reputop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Platform Nature
Reputop is a neutral platform that aggregates public reputation data to rank service-based businesses. We do not host or republish third-party content. Reputop reflects publicly indexed data and user submissions only.
Business Listings
No signup is required for browsing our platform. Businesses must submit their information via payment to be included in our rankings and claim verified badges.
Business Submission Requirements
- Valid Google Business Profile link
- One-time €20 submission fee
- Legitimate business operations
- Compliance with local business regulations
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Reputop or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you must not:
- Submit fraudulent or misleading business information
- Attempt to manipulate rankings or scores
- Impersonate other businesses or individuals
- Use automated tools to scrape our data
- Circumvent our payment systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Business submission fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or if we cannot process your submission.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued within 7 days of payment if we cannot successfully process your business submission due to technical issues or invalid business information.
Content and Rankings
Reputop rankings are based on our analysis of publicly available data and our proprietary scoring algorithm. Rankings may change as new data becomes available.
- Rankings are updated regularly based on new data
- Businesses cannot directly control their ranking position
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies
- Reputation scores are informational and should be used alongside other research
Disclaimers and Limitations
Important: Reputop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of third-party business information
- Disputes between users and service providers
- Business decisions made based on our rankings
- Temporary service interruptions or data inaccuracies
- Financial losses related to ranking changes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Reputop will be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform. Your continued use of Reputop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
