Reputop is a public, informational index of local service providers.

It publishes automated rankings based on publicly available data signals, including Google rating and review count.

Reputop is not:

  • A review platform
  • A marketplace
  • A recommendation service
  • A lead generation service
  • A verification or certification authority

All rankings are informational only.

2. How Rankings Work

  • Rankings are generated automatically using publicly available data.
  • Rankings reflect publicly available data as of the most recent scheduled update.
  • Rankings update periodically (typically once per day).
  • Rankings cannot be requested, negotiated, modified, or guaranteed.

Reputop does not accept payment in exchange for improved ranking position.

3. Visibility, Activation, and Payments

Some business listings may appear in a limited or locked state until activated by the business.

Activation or payment:

  • Affects visibility only
  • Does not affect ranking order
  • Does not guarantee traffic, leads, or performance
  • Does not modify ranking signals or outcomes

All payments are optional and non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Accuracy and Availability

Reputop makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Timeliness
  • Availability
  • Error-free operation

Public data sources may change, contain inaccuracies, or become unavailable. Reputop is not responsible for errors originating from third-party data.

5. No Right to Inclusion

Businesses have no inherent right to:

  • Be listed
  • Remain listed
  • Appear in a specific position
  • Appear with specific data fields visible

Reputop reserves the right to modify, remove, or limit listings at any time.

Reputop may link to third-party websites.

These links are provided for convenience only.

Reputop does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reputop shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages
  • Business loss, reputation loss, or lost revenue
  • Decisions made based on rankings or listings

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the laws of the country in which Reputop is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
